Haziza House Services is run by Isaac, a licensed carpenter and handyman with more than 26 years in the trade, and Hope Island is our base. That makes this suburb our home patch. Hope Island homes are a mix we know well: gated estates, houses along the golf course, canal and lakefront homes, and townhouses and villas. Many have wide glass sliders, decks facing the water, high ceilings and long cornice runs. Those features look good, but they take a beating from summer humidity, afternoon sun and the salt carried in on the breeze, and the hardware that came with the house doesn't always last the distance.

Taller ceilings and long runs of cornice show cracks more easily, especially along joins or after a roof leak has been fixed. We repair cracked cornice, re-set plasterboard joints and patch damaged sections, leaving everything smooth and ready for paint.
